The STARS program is designed to provide a safe, structured before and after school program for children attending Orland School District 135 schools in grades kindergarten through 8th. When registering for before and/or after school care, you must select the program at the school your child attends. District 135 does not provide transportation for the STARS program between schools. Your child can only attend the STARS program at the school they regularly attend.

The STARS program is not licensed or regulated by DCFS.
Orland School District 135 is regulated by the Illinois State Board of Education and Regional Office of Education for South Cook County and must adhere to all Health Life Safety codes.
